Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”), is a legal agreement between you and Sublì – Pasticceria Italiana, a temporary home pastry hobby activity based in Stockholm Sweden (“Sublì”), which guides your use of and access to the Website. If you don’t want to be bound by this Agreement, please do not access or use the Website. Sublì may terminate, without notice, your access to the Website for failure to comply with this Agreement. By using the Website, you accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by each of its terms. You also represent and warrant to Sublì that: You are at least sixteen years of age and have the authority to enter into this Agreement (either on your own behalf or by having a parent or legal guardian agreeing on your behalf) – This Agreement is binding and enforceable against you – To the extent an individual is accepting this Agreement on behalf of an entity, such individual has the right and authority to agree to all of the terms set forth herein on behalf of such entity – You have read and understand Sublì’s Privacy Policy, the terms of which are posted at the Website and incorporated herein by reference (the “Privacy Policy”).

Sublì does not plan to make any profit out of this temporary home pastry hobby activity. If Sublì will manage to reach profit during these couple of months of operation, we will donate all of it to charity!

E-commerce store

In our e-commerce store, our prices are presented including VAT.

Prices refers to per unit. Our packaging is not broken.

On promotional occasions, prices may not be combined with other offers, agreements and / or discounts.

Sublì reserves the right to changes in exchange rates and reserves the right to adjust prices and fees.

Sublì reserves the right to make printing errors and incorrect information affected by technical and human errors.

At Sublì we take pride in offering only high quality products. We take very seriously the health of our customers and for this reason, given our current hobby home setup, we cannot really commit to guarantee allergies free variations. Therefore, despite we will always do our best, customers with allergies can order and eat our products at their own risk.

Sublì is a temporary home pastry hobby activity, therefore the e-commerce store will only be open from September to December 2021.

Payments

Swish: You can choose to pay by Swish when you receive your order.

Credit cards: You can always feel confident when shopping with cards issued by VISA, MasterCard or Amex on Sublì’s website. We cooperate with Stripe. Stripe meets the market’s, as well as our own conditions for secure internet payments by offering proven and secure payment solutions for the Internet.

When you pay by card at checkout, you can safely fill in your card details and complete the payment. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation that your purchase has been completed.

Sublì reserves the right to change the available payment methods and their conditions.

Sublì does not accept any cash payment!

Deliveries and Pick-ups

At checkout you can select the date on which you wish to receive your order. The date needs to be at least 72h later than the order’s creation date. Sublì currently can only accommodate deliveries and pick-ups on few selected days of the week. Exact delivery or pick-up time will be agreed after the order is confirmed.

Sublì reserves the right to decline an order if the selected day is a public holiday.

Delivery: Deliveries at the delivery address, outside the main entrance of the building. Delivery of orders to a designated address can be obtained as an extra service from Sublì. The cost of the service is charged according to the current price list.

Pick-up: Pick-ups in Liljeholmen. Pick-up of orders in Liljeholmen can be obtained as an extra service from Sublì. The cost of the service is charged according to the current price list.

Deliveries and pick-ups are handled by Italian and English speaking personnel, no Swedish speaking!

Sublì reserves the right to change the available deliveries/pick-ups options and their conditions.

Fraud

Sublì reports fraud to the police. We provide all information to the police to assist in the investigation.

Reservation of Ownership

The products remain the property of Sublì until they have been fully paid. The terms of purchase are considered accepted when ordering. Disputes regarding interpretations or application of these terms and conditions and related legal matters shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law.

Sublì is a temporary home pastry hobby activity, therefore the e-commerce store will only be open from September to December 2021.

Cancellation

Once the order is created, Sublì reserves the right to charge full or partial amount due depending on when the cancellation happens.

Force Majeure

In the event of Force Majeure, we are not held responsible for circumstances that are out of control and caused by circumstances beyond our control. Examples of this are sickness, war, government action, strike, environmental disasters, or similar conditions.
